By accessing and using the Intra-Africa platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Platform Services

Intra-Africa provides a financial operating system for merchants across Africa, including multi-channel payment processing, digital storefronts, automated invoicing, escrow services, and real-time account reconciliation.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Escrow Services

All transactions processed through our platform may be subject to escrow protection. Funds are held securely until delivery is confirmed by the buyer, protecting both buyers and sellers in every transaction.

5. Fees and Payments

Transaction fees are disclosed at the time of each transaction. Platform subscription fees, if applicable, are billed according to the plan selected during registration.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between buyers and sellers, Intra-Africa provides a structured dispute resolution process. Both parties agree to participate in good faith and abide by the platform's resolution decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Intra-Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
